This cosy wooden home is located in the village of Potrzanowo. Surrounded by forests, situated on a slight hill, between pine trees, it is an ideal place for relaxing, mushroom picking or re kindling your connection with nature. The house is bordered by a wooden fence and situated in a private area of 9000m2, where frogs, foxes, hares, roe deer and birds are your only visitors. There are two lakes in the area; Budziszewskie and Włókno – both about 3km away. Włókno has a beautiful sandy beach.

This Scandinavian inspired 90m2 home features a wood burning stove, simple rustic kitchen, large bathroom (with cast iron bath) electric heating (for when you can’t be bothered to light the fire!) and three bedrooms including one with bunk beds for children. We have tried to make the house as family friendly as possible and a stair gate (at the top of the stair case), high chair and travel cot can all be supplied if required. The house also features a large open side terrace with a wooden table and bench and a covered terrace at the back of the house featuring a sofa. Also outside are a sun lounger, BBQ, cast iron firepit, swings, sandpit and small wooden play house. Whether you fancy having a BBQ, lounging in a hammock, picking mushrooms (if you know what you are doing!), bird watching, swimming in the nearby lake or taking a long walk in the forest outside your door – Sarna has it all.

In winter the house can be heated with electric heating, but a more pleasant way to keep warm is to light the wood burner which warms the whole house beautifully. Wood (included in the rental price) is available and stored behind the shed.
